Actual marketing postcard I designed for a dentistry client as part of my “day job.” (with identifying information for the doctor’s office replaced)
So, what’s the conceptual part that gets it a post here?
Yeah, OK, the guy’s got a tooth missing, hah, hah, yeah, we know smiles and teeth are important, so of course we would notice them missing. It’s not really all that original as a concept to say, “The FIRST thing people notice about you is YOUR SMILE.”
However, when the next line sinks in, it makes you realize just how much a messed up mouth can overshadow almost anything else:
“Then maybe they notice that you are missing an eyebrow.”
